DOMESTIC RETURNS
All items purchased within the US are eligible for a return if requested within 14 days of the delivery date. (For example, if your order is delivered on the 1st, you have until the 15th to request a return.) Once a return label is sent to you, the package must be shipped back within 5 days. All returns are subject to a return shipping fee of $10.
However, if you choose to receive a store gift card instead of a refund, this return shipping fee will be waived. (Gift cards are non-refundable but can be transferred to another account.)
Please understand that as a small, individually operated business, shipping (especially for heavier knits and pants) costs can be very expensive. If you are deciding between different sizes and would like assistance, please send a message here.
How to Submit a Return Request
1. Log in to your account:
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, with dust bag and/or pressing cloth, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or damage. If a return is rejected, you may have the item sent back to you at your own cost.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take longer to show as your bank or credit card company will also need to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact me at returns@berkat-ibuku.com.
If you chose to upgrade your shipping option at checkout, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
DOMESTIC EXCHANGES
We offer a complimentary one-time exchange per garment. As we only distribute goods online, I understand that sizing may be difficult to gauge and will therefore cover the cost of the return shipping along with the shipping for your newly exchanged product.
For exchanges, please submit your request as a return within the 14 days of delivery. (For example, if your order is delivered on the 1st, you have until the 15th to request a return.) Once a return label is sent to you, please ship the package back to me within 5 days. As soon as I receive your item, you will be notified and can place a new order. If you would like to pay for an upgraded shipping speed, you can do so at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At this time, we cannot accept international returns or exchanges, and all international purchases are final sale. Please message or email us if you are interested in placing an order so that we can answer any questions about the products and sizing to better ensure that you are happy with your item(s).
