Domestic Shipping

All orders ship free with economy shipping, which is an estimated 3-8 business days. If you would like to upgrade your shipping speed or select a specific carrier, please do so at checkout. If you have a rush order, please leave a note on the checkout page or send a message here. 

Orders are shipped out within 2 business days. You will receive an email with the carrier and tracking information once your order has been shipped.

All orders ship from Los Angeles.

 

International Shipping

If you are outside of the Unites States, please note that the price does not include taxes or duties that are required by your country. These fees will need to be paid by you upon receipt of the package.

If you refuse the parcel, the package will be shipped back. Upon receiving the package and after inspecting the goods, I will refund your original payment MINUS the cost of shipping to you and the return shipping back to me, along with any other expenses that were incurred.

 

Cancellations

You may cancel your order until it has been shipped out. To cancel an order, please send a message here or email info@berkat-ibuku.com with your order number.
